These Terms govern the use of the platform by customers, including recruiters and hiring companies.
2. Service Description
- Way of Work provides a subscription-based SaaS platform for candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- The platform does not make hiring decisions—recruiters and hiring managers are fully responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates.
- The service includes AI-powered tools to assist in candidate discovery, outreach, and engagement, but the final hiring decision is solely the responsibility of the employer.
- Prohibited Use: The platform may only be used for recruitment purposes. It is strictly forbidden to use the platform for sales, marketing, or any promotional outreach that is unrelated to offering job opportunities. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- Way of Work strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. Users will be notified in advance for scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
3. Subscription & Payment Terms

The platform is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.
- Monthly Plan: Credits remain valid for up to 3 months if the subscription is renewed month over month.
- Yearly Plan: Credits are valid for the entire duration of the subscription and lifetime if renewed annually.
- Refunds are not provided unless otherwise required by law.
- Price Adjustments: Way of Work reserves the right to adjust pricing and subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any modifications.

- Way of Work cannot guarantee hiring outcomes but makes every effort to ensure authentic candidate profiles and email deliverability.
- Way of Work may impose limits on platform usage, such as the number of searches, outreach messages, or API requests, to prevent abuse. Excessive or abusive use of system resources may result in restricted access or suspension.
- Access to the Way of Work API is provided for integration purposes only. Users must not misuse API access to extract or store personal data beyond the intended recruitment functionality. Any unauthorized use or resale of API data will result in termination of access.
5. Data & Privacy Compliance
- Users must not misuse the platform for spamming or unauthorized data scraping.
- All data usage must comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
6. Termination & Account Suspension
- Users may cancel their monthly subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
- Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date. If not canceled within this period, the subscription will be extended for another term under the same conditions.
- Way of Work may suspend access if a user violates terms, including unauthorized data exports or misuse of the platform for non-recruitment activities.

- Way of Work does not guarantee successful hires.
- The company is not liable for recruitment decisions, candidate interactions, or the final employment outcome.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable employment and data protection laws in their respective regions. Way of Work does not provide legal advice or assume liability for local compliance requirements.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes will be settled in Estonian courts.
9.Intellectual property
- All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Way of Work platform remain the exclusive property of Way of Work OÜ. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on platform materials without prior written consent
